Description
I`ve been working on this one for a while, but that`s mainly due to laziness.
With this, I`m still trying to work on colors, backgrounds, etc. I`m not sure if Milotic stands out here, though overall, I do like how this turned out. Let me know what you think of it.

First off, i really like the colours you picked for the sun and water surface. I like how you blended the colours in these two areas. Nice job! c: Another plus point would be that you really knew how to shade in regards to the light source at the mountains. It looks nice 
To improve on: I felt that milotic's body seemed a bit large starting from the black gill like area. Perhaps you could have made her body thicker more slowly c: Also, i agreed with what ~TheLeetCasualGamer said. I felt that milotic was blending into the bg a bit too well. Besides picking saturated colours for milotic, maybe you could outline her a bit thicker/ darker than the bg.
You did a great job anyway though, so dont worry c:
